Expanding to the GCC and USA
Magma’s recent establishment of offices in Dubai highlights its commitment to advancing sustainability and innovation in alignment with the UAE’s transformative initiatives, such as DubaiVision2030, UAE Net Zero by 2050, and UAE2031. The GCC region is also a critical focus for Akila, which is dedicated to supporting its ambitious objectives while addressing the unique challenges of its rapidly evolving real estate market.
In the USA, the collaboration will be launched through the Living Building Lab, a pilot project based in Miami. This initiative will engage the city of Miami and key real estate stakeholders to test digital twins and digital asset management across 10 buildings, including commercial, residential, public, and logistics facilities. This project represents a significant milestone for Magma and Akila in their joint efforts to redefine urban living through innovation and collaboration.
