Matthieu is an impact entrepreneur and expert in Digital Transformation for Emerging Technologies (DLT, IoT, Big Data, Digital Twins) within Smart Cities. He began his career in finance in 1998, working with major banks like PaineWebber and UBS. In 2003, he founded Meridian Invest, overseeing over $300 million in real estate projects between Paris and Miami.

 

In 2017, Matthieu founded Noos Labs, a smart city lab focused on urban tech. He also co-chaired the Innovation Committee at the Miami Dade Beacon Council. Under his leadership, Noos Labs developed a 10-year plan to transform Miami into a Smart City, the Miami Beta City project, earning the keys to Miami Dade County in 2018.

 

In 2019, he founded the Florida Blockchain Foundation, to promote tech innovation. The Foundation’s Digital Transformation Workshop Series united 55 organizations to advance the 4th industrial revolution and digital assets.

 

Matthieu is currently developing Magma, a breakthrough platform allowing building owners to create a shared digital asset called the Digital Twin Token (DTT®️). This dynamic token integrates static and dynamic data linked to a 3D model, offering software suites for energy performance, CO2 emissions, equipment, and materials inventory, among other features. With the introduction of this unique digital asset Magma provides trust, transparency, and traceability to real estate assets in a digital economy and plans to deploy its technology in Europe, USA and UAE.
